We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a fresher with basic knowledge of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records (journal entries, ledgers, etc.).
- Process invoices, payments, and other transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Maintain and organize documentation related to financial activities.
- Support the senior accounts team in various ad-hoc tasks and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of taxation and financial regulations (preferable).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
