**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Data Entry**:

- Assist in the accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor and report any irregularities in financial transactions.
- **Expense Tracking**:

- Track and categorize expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Work with other departments to validate expense documentation.
- **Assist in Month-end Closing**:

- Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and reports.
- Collaborate with the senior accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in generating standard financial reports as required by management.
- Provide support in the preparation of financial statements.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
