Solve Plastic Products Limited is a Kerala Based company founded in 1991 manufacturing ISO Certified Electrical Conduits and PVC Water Pipes under the Brand Name BALCO. Today, the company produce rigid PVC Electrical Conduits, Rigid PVC Electric Conduit Fittings, uPVC pipes and solvent cement conforming to international standards and known for its premium quality and durability.
Position : SALES TRAINEE
Job Type : Full Time
Base : Work from home with regular travel within the assigned District.
Reporting Manager : Zonal Sales Manager
Key Assignments
1. Achieve business targets in the assigned district as per sales budget; improve market share; promote awareness of company and its products; enhance visibility amongst the target customer groups.
2. Manage Distributors / Dealers and other sales outlets in achieving (rather exceeding) their agreed sales targets on monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
3. Execute new product launch activities in the district through appropriate pitching and communication.
4. Ensure collection, manage receivables outstanding within company approved timelines.
5. Maintain effective and timely communication with channel partners at all times regarding product specifications; availability; pricing patterns and special offers.
6. Market and Competitors analysis and reporting covering distributor/dealerwise sales pattern; pricing; discount strategies, delivery models.
7. Develop and nurture business relations with significant client groups viz. Architects; Electrical and Construction Contractors; Electrician/Plumber Community etc.
8. Organise periodic meets of Distributors; Dealers and Electrician/Plumber Associations in the District.
9. Coordinate between Channel Partners / customers and respective company departments for monitoring order placement and execution; stock availability and movements; ensuring delivery schedules; resolution of quality / quantity issues.
10. Other tasks and assignments in Sales and Marketing Functions as assigned from time to time.
1. Graduate Engineer / MBA ( Freshers with no previous experience preferred)
2. Aptitude for Sales, Marketing, Business Development
3. Good in communication
4. Willing to travel regularly with own vehicle( 2 wheeler )
Salary & Benefits
1. Stipend Rs. 15,000/- per month. TA/DA extra. Revision after 3 months to Rs. 20,000 (Gross Salary) based on performance.
Work Location: Required 1 person each in all Districts of Kerala.
