**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present dishes such as pizzas, burgers, momos, and other menu items with consistency and excellence.
- Maintain high food quality standards and ensure that meals are prepared according to recipes and brand guidelines.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to introduce new dishes and improve menu offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a chef, preferably in fast food, Italian, or Chinese cuisines.
- Expertise in preparing dishes such as pizzas, burgers, momos, and fast food items.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
