Roles and Responsibilities as an IT Recruiter
- Understanding and interpretation of the Job Descriptions.
- Job posting through advanced ATS in various job portals
- Screening and matching profiles to the job descriptions.
- Remote video interview scheduling.
- Client POC follow up and feedback collection
- Rate approval from clients.

**Requirements**:
Skill Set
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Process orientation and execution.
- Effective task and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Suite.
- Zeal to fulfil positions.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
