**Sales Officer - Roles & Responsibilities**

**1.⁠ ⁠On-Site Sales (Saturday & Sunday Mandatory)**:

- Attend the project/site every Saturday and Sunday without fail.
- Handle walk-in customers, explain product.

**2.⁠ ⁠Customer Visits (Weekdays)**:

- Meet potential and existing customers at their homes, offices, or preferred locations.
- Provide product information, collect documents, and support them throughout the sales process.
- Initiate and complete the login process after receiving all necessary customer details.

**3.⁠ ⁠Bank Branch Visits (Weekdays)**:

- Regularly follow up with multiple banks and customers to track case progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case submissions.
- Coordinate with bank representatives to address queries, provide clarifications, and manage sanction-related requirements.
- Sanction & Disbursement Handling
- Monitor the end-to-end progress of each case from login to sanction.
- Ensure smooth execution of disbursement procedures post-sanction approval.

**4.⁠ ⁠Lead Management**:

- Follow up on all inquiries promptly through calls, messages, and visits.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions.

**5.⁠ ⁠Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update on progress.

**6.⁠ ⁠Customer Support & Documentation**:

- Follow up with customers to collect required details and documents.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of information before initiating the login process.
- **Ensure smooth end-to-end sales experience.**

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Back office co-ordinator : 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)

**Location**:

- Pune H.O, Pune, Maharashtra (preferred)
