**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the signage or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Minimum qualification - HSC

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
