**Job Description**:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our sales team for BeastDrive. You’ll play a key role in reaching out to leads, explaining the adventure format, and converting interest into registrations for one of India’s most unique car rally experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential participants and explain the BeastDrive rally format, rounds, prizes, and benefits.
- Handle inbound inquiries, resolve doubts, and follow up with leads regularly.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for registrations and conversions.
- Maintain CRM records, call logs, and participant feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to stay updated on campaign offers, event updates, and lead flow.
- Provide a strong customer experience and build trust with potential participants.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is a plus).
- Passion for events, sales, or adventure-based projects.
- Confidence, persistence, and ability to handle rejection.
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
