**About the Role**:
We are hiring **Telecaller Agents** to connect with potential participants, customers, and leads. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain our offerings (product/event/service), answer questions, and convince them to take action — such as registering, purchasing, or visiting.

This is a performance-based role best suited for confident communicators with a persuasive and positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads, contacts, or cold prospects from the database
- Share accurate information about the product/event (e.g., Beast Drive Rally)
- Convince potential participants/customers to register, attend, or purchase
- Answer queries politely and resolve doubts
- Follow up with interested leads and update status regularly
- Maintain call logs, lead records, and performance reports using Excel or CRM
- Work as part of the marketing or sales team to meet daily/weekly targets

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Clear and confident voice with a polite approach
- Strong convincing and listening abilities
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Forms
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
- Availability to work in flexible shifts (if required)

**Preferred (but not mandatory)**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales
- Knowledge of the product/event (training will be provided)
- Own laptop/smartphone (for remote work)
