Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls from clients and provide them with information regarding our financial products and services.
- Generate new leads by following up on referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Work with the KreditBee team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Update client information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales, voice process, or collections in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any other regional language.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with data entry and computer systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
