Telesales Agent- Insurance Process

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers **via phone calls and educate them about our insurance products**. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customer, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls**:
- Initiate and handle outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and sell insurance products and services to potential clients.
**Identify Customer Needs**:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of insurance policies.
**Achieve Sales Targets**:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
**Maintain Customer Relationships**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer information is captured correctly and confidentially.
**Compliance and Training**:
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to insurance sales.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification 10th & 12th Graduation
- Experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
