**Job Summary**:
Teach Maven is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting students and parents with our innovative learning solutions. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, enjoy communication, and are eager to grow in the sales domain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand and explain Teach Maven’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations via phone or video call.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and interactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve product offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of the EdTech industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
