**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain communication logs and basic reporting using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support.

**Requirements**:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
- Ability to understand and respond to US-based clients confidently.
- Fresher-friendly - no prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Must be comfortable with night shift.
- Should be willing to work 6 days a week.
- Must be comfortable commuting to or working from our office at:
