Search the tender/bid on GEM and similar websites such as e-procurement etc.
- Registration on a new portal if required.
- Coordinating with Govt. clients and understand the requirements (as & when required).
- Analysing the tender/bid documents to understand the client's needs.
- Examine the scope of work, determining qualifications, and financial criteria.
- Planning the tender/bid preparation and making a checklist of tender to meet deadlines.
- Preparing technical compliances, Annexures, and Certificates as per tender/bid requirements.
- Upload the tender/bid on the GEM and other portals.
- Control & Monitor the Tender submission process (GEM & Non-Gem).
- Communicating with other team members to finalise the documents.
- Editing or rewriting previous tender/bid documents to reuse relevant material.
- Collating information from different departments.
- Ensuring the timely submission and accuracy of the tender.
- Contributing to the cost and price calculation.

Should Know about Govt.E Marketplace(GeM-Portal) to procure from various Govt. orgs and PSUs is necessary

**Salary**: ₹9,496.81 - ₹34,129.47 per month
