**M/s. Sinclus Engineering and Consulting Pvt. Ltd**., is a leading staffing firm specializing in providing workforce solutions to clients in the oil and gas, construction, and petrochemical industries.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Tendering Executive** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and research potential bid opportunities through various channels, including online portals, government websites, and industry publications.

2. Review tender documents and assess the scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria to determine bid feasibility.

3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, project management, and finance teams, to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.

4. Prepare and compile comprehensive tender documents, including technical proposals, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation.

5. Conduct cost estimations, pricing analyses, and risk assessments to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

7. Manage the tender submission process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documents and forms.

8. Track and monitor tender statuses, deadlines, and outcomes, maintaining a database of bid activities and results.

9. Analyze tender feedback and debriefings to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future bid submissions.

10. Must be able to work on CPP and GeM

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- Proven experience in tendering, proposal management, or sales support roles within the construction, engineering, or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, procurement procedures, and contract management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with tendering software or CRM systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
