Job Title: Tender Executive (IT, AV & Hardware Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with experience in handling tenders for IT, Audio-Visual (AV), and Hardware solutions. The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing accurate documentation, coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements to participate in tenders successfully.

Key Responsibilities:;

  • Identify, track, and evaluate tenders from government portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement) and private organizations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents including technical & commercial proposals within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, technical specifications, and authorization letters.
  • Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, scope of work, and technical specifications mentioned in the tender.
  • Work closely with sales, technical, finance, and legal teams to gather required inputs for bid submissions.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, trackers, and records for audit and future reference.
  • Handle pre-bid queries, amendments, clarifications, and post-submission follow-ups with authorities.
  • Support contract negotiation, purchase order acceptance, and handover to execution teams after tender award.
  • Stay updated on IT, AV, and hardware industry standards, procurement guidelines, and government policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of IT, AV, and hardware products (servers, networking, displays, conferencing systems, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of government and institutional tendering processes.
  • Proficiency in e-tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state procurement sites.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and documentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements and align them with product offerings.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in IT/AV/Hardware industry.
  • Experience in handling government and PSU tenders is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
