Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – ProjectsB. Job Summary

Key Objective:

  • To set and drive MRIPL's overall strategic direction, focusing on project execution excellence, profitability, and organizational growth.
  • Ensure timely project completion with targeted profitability, strong client relationships, and adherence to the company's core values and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership through innovation, vision, and proactive decision-making across all levels of the organization.

  • Infuse the company's Core Values and Purpose into daily operations by designing and implementing innovative engagement methods.
  • Assist the Board of Directors in defining strategic goals, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance market share, profitability, and ROI.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews to assess the company's short- and long-term objectives such as profit growth and market expansion.
  • Develop, in coordination with the management team, integrated business plans to optimize profitability of existing and new activities.
  • Set departmental goals and work closely with department heads to ensure operational alignment.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring a minimum of 15% profit and on-time project completion.—Implementation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants for smoother project execution.
  • Plan staffing requirements, onboard suitable candidates aligned with company vision, and ensure proper induction.
  • Ensure projects are planned and completed on/before time with due diligence, securing client appreciation and repeat business opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress closely to ensure timely payments and cash flow management.
  • Identify and implement extra items within projects and secure approvals from clients.
  • Ensure the availability of subcontractors at standardized and competitive rates.
  • Represent MRIPL as the principal public relations officer, maintaining visibility with clients, government bodies, financial institutions, and the public.
  • Promote leadership development within the organization.—

Managerial Review project results and compare them against established objectives and KPIs; take corrective actions as required.

  • Maintain an effective communication framework across all departments to ensure clarity of roles, authority, and accountability.
  • Periodically review team performance and recommend improvements or training as necessary.
  • Ensure a robust organizational structure that fosters professional growth and succession planning.
  • Oversee tender quotation processes to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.—Other Tasks Manage multiple priorities effectively (multi-tasking).
  • Establish internal checkpoints using MIS reports and monitor progress regularly.—

F. Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years at a managerial level, with proven expertise in project management and tendering.

G. Language Skills

  • Proficient in English and Hindi, with fluency in at least one additional Indian language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹46,557.63 per month
