**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate training programs and workshops for students.
- Assist students in securing placement opportunities.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners for placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field.
- Previous experience in training or placement preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with career counseling practices.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
