We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Placement Officer to join Edmies Software Training Institute. The ideal candidate will:

  • Coordinate with students who have completed courses to understand their placement needs and career goals.
  • Assist students in creating professional resumes aligned with current industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR representatives of IT companies and stay updated on their recruitment requirements in the software field.
  • Send students' resumes to companies, ensuring alignment with job openings and eligibility criteria.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between students and recruiters, guiding both parties through the hiring process.
  • Support students till successful placement, offering advice and encouragement.

Key Skills: Excellent communication, networking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to student and corporate engagement.

Experience: Previous experience in placement, HR coordination, or similar roles is a plus.
