**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in the aviation industry to establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, including airlines, aviation service providers, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute placement strategies tailored to individual student career goals, ensuring a high rate of successful placements.
- Act as a liaison between our educational institution and the aviation industry, maintaining constant communication and networking to identify placement opportunities for students.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering insights into the industry, CV/resume building, interview techniques, and career development.
- Manage and maintain a database of industry contacts, job openings, and student placement progress.
- Organize Campus Interviews, industry events, and networking sessions to enhance opportunities for student placements.
- Collaborate with the institution’s Acadmeic team to develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and training programs that enhance students' employability within the aviation sector.

**Skills Required**:

- A minimum of 5 years of high-level experience in the aviation industry, with a comprehensive understanding of various aviation sectors, including but not limited to airlines, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) and regulatory bodies.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a vast network of industry contacts that can be leveraged for student placements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adept at career coaching, resume building, and interview preparation for individuals seeking placement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or qualifications in career counseling or HR are advantageous.
