**Your team**

We are the Enterprise Ways of Working
- Coaching chapter and we Implement, evolve and support ways of working across CBA aligned to industry standards. Delivered through assessing, advising, coaching, training and self-service tools.

The EWOW Coaching chapter has 30 coaches who provide squad, tribe, domain, leadership and technical coaching across a range of capabilities including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, etc.

**Your impact & contribution**

The Coach is integral to supporting the Group’s transformation and roll out of the new CBA Operating Model. By using their knowledge of modern day techniques such as agile, design thinking, systems theory and/or DevOps the Enterprise Ways of Working Coach assists our colleagues to create an environment which enables exceptional outcomes for our customers and business.

**Your reporting lines**

This role reports to Senior Agile Coach

**Your responsibilities**
- Individual/group coaching for Squad members, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tribe Leads and Leaders to enhance individual and team performance.
- Build agile capability through teaching, mentoring and coaching.
- Supporting team operating rhythm activities (tribe planning, daily stand ups, etc.) providing real time feedback.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by leveraging learnings and processes established within existing teams.
- Embed a culture of measurement by helping establish metrics across the tribe. Coach key stakeholders on how to use these metrics as a diagnostic to identify improvement opportunities. You may need to take an active role initially to role model behaviour.
- Where required initially facilitate agile ceremonies and empower colleagues across the organisation to adopt and run these.
- Help improve the entire team’s performance by highlighting local successes that will scale, identify issues, and play an active role in their effective resolution throughout the tribe and squad’s delivery lifecycle.
- Actively contribute to CBA’s Ways of working by evolving the CBA’s Way of Working playbook, using them within your tribe and feeding back learnings to evolve them.
- Support your area to increase the consistency of delivery by testing and adopting the EWOW artefacts and playbooks in line with the practice priorities.
- Be an active member of the CBA agile community to help the organisation share and continually learn.
- Help influence organisational impediments inhibiting agility.
- Help surface up systemic issues and challenges impacting teams and inhibiting ways of working.
- Facilitate public agile training courses run for CBA staff members.

**Your skills & experience**
- Thought leader in the understanding and demonstration of agile principles and delivery practices (including Scrum, Kanban & Lean).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to relate to and inspire to colleagues across multi-disciplines.
- Significant hands on agile delivery experience, including experience in Enterprise wide agile transformation and leading change.
- Strong communication, facilitation and workshop design skills.
- Ability to bring energy to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders, whilst balancing the need to drive business outcomes.
- 5+ years agile experience.
- A track record of working with high-performing teams, knowledge of how they achieved their performance, and an ability to help inspire others to act in a similar way.

- Certified Scrum Professional
- Professional Scrum Master II
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Product Owner
