The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.

The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.**Who We Are Looking For**:
The Agile Coach will help co-create, design, and implement a strategy for teams, programs, and business units to continuously improve Agile behaviors using SAFe principles and practices. The Agile Coach will also help mature our Agility and accelerate business and technology solution delivery. Agile coach will be responsible for agile training, coaching and development of engineering, product, and project teams to adopt and implement lean and agile mindsets and practices. In addition, training and coaching will also be required for senior and executive leadership that are critical sponsors and enablers of change.

**What You Will Do**:

- Ability to communicate the value of SAFe Agility to executives, managers, and individual contributors.
- Connect the concepts of business strategy, operations, and Agility.
- SAFe / Agile Operating Models, Transformation, and Change Management
- Co-create, design, and support full Agile transformation roll-out.
- Provide SAFe / Agile Leadership coaching and training to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, functional managers, and executives.
- Conceive and articulate pragmatic transformation approach that recognizes and effectively addresses differing organizational maturity levels in the Agile transformation process.
- Collaborate directly with teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.
- Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of SAFe, and Scrum in daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting WIP, etc.
- Expose teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility, leveraging lean, Scrum, and other agile thinking.
- Clearly define enterprise-wide guidelines e.g, DoD, SM, and PO qualifications and responsibilities.
- Ensure strong organizational information flow - scaling the coach.
- Create, build, and deliver customized SAFe / Agile training.
- Demonstrate fundamental understanding of business operations including planning, budgeting, people management
- Help others understand Product Management lifecycles
- Help others understand team of team principles through understanding of Program Management including metrics, intake, prioritization, allocation
- SAFe / Agile Mentorship and Leadership
- Create, launch, and facilitate Agile collaborative groups, Communities of Practice, and Agile Working Groups.
- Continuously develop the skills of potential and existing coaches impacting all levels of the organization.
- Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with Agile methods.
- Coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers, and testers.

**BUSINESS EXPERTISE**
- Agile Certification (SPC, RTE) is a must
- Agricultural, Global company experience is a plus.

**What You Will Bring**:

- 10+ years of Agile experience.
- 5+ years of Agile Coaching experience
- Must have implemented Scrum concepts and principles within a larger agile delivery system.

**Who You Are**:

- Demonstrates Agile mindset and working knowledge of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methods and hybrid models
- Experience with training development and delivery
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, systems thinking, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
