**Key Responsibilities**:
**Minimum 10 years of experience into agile coach**

**Agile Transformation and Coaching**:

- Lead and support the adoption of agile methodologies across digital and technology projects.
- Coach teams and individuals at all levels, including senior management, on agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate organizational change towards a more agile, lean thinking company culture.

**Strategic Agile Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for agile transformation, ensuring alignment with the company's digital and technological vision.
- Assess the current state of agility in the organization and create roadmaps for continuous improvement.

**Team Empowerment and Training**:

- Provide ongoing education and training to teams to enhance their understanding of agile practices.
- Create an environment of collaboration and learning to foster innovation and efficient problem-solving.

**Agile Metrics and Performance**:

- Define and introduce metrics to measure the effectiveness of agile practices within digital and technology projects.
- Use data to guide coaching efforts and track the progress of the agile transformation.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they are fully informed of the benefits of agile methodologies.
- Build trust and transparency with stakeholders through regular communication and feedback.

**Technical Insight**:

- Use expertise in digital and technology to provide insights into agile project management best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology to ensure agile practices are relevant and innovative.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of agile experience with 5+ years as a coach
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proven track record in leading agile transformations in digital and technology environments.
- Experience in the CPG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital project lifecycles and technology development processes.
- Excellent communication skills
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE II, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) must
