We are Looking for An Agile Coach with extensive experience in Servant Leadership and Agile Transformation with a keen eye on growing Effective Teams. Help drive Organizational Transformations by Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring Individuals, Teams and the Organization in relation to Agile Values and Principles along with harvesting the Principles of Lean
- 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum, with relevent experience of 3+ years in Agile Coaching,
- Conceptualiz and Lead an in-house Agile Capability System which contained an Agile Maturity Matrix & Assessment, Agile Implementation Model & Library of Resources for the organization to utilize for not only in-house projects but also various Process Consulting Endeavours
- Conceptualized and Lead Communities of Practice within the organization to spur Organization Learning and Development
- Conceptualized the concept of Agility in HR
- Responsible for not only teaching, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams but also drafting the Agile Transformation Roadmap & Strategies for Agile Practices Adoption for in-house as well as client projects
- Further Support in enhancing different Functional Capabilities like Business Analysts, Product Owners at Client Locations based on the needs of the Project / Client
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of JIRA along with providing training with regards to the usage of JIRA software & Confluence for in-house as well as client projects
