Intern - Technology Support

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in on-site technology deployments, including basic hardware setup and software installations
Support the team in preparing equipment for deployment
Help maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software
Participate in user training sessions and create basic documentation
Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues during deployments
Contribute to the organization and management of deployment projects
Shadow experienced team members during complex installations
Help gather and analyze user feedback post-deployment
Assist in preparing reports on deployment progress and outcomes
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing/recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Availability to work at least 40-50 hours per week
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous internship or work experience in an IT-related role
Familiarity with basic networking concepts
Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Experience with inventory management systems
Interest in project management methodologies

**Eligibility Criteria for Hiring Apprenticeship**: (Important)
Graduates and 3-year Diploma Holders who have passed in the last 3 years, or MBA graduates who completed their graduation in the last 5 years.
Apprentices must be registered on the apprenticeship portal.
