**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Customer Care Intern** to provide exceptional customer service and build meaningful relationships with our clients. The role will involve handling customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of our hemp-based products to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- **Order Management**: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- **CRM Updates**: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and support business objectives.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
