**inFeedo **is seeking passionate newbies with a strong technical background and a flair for customer-facing roles. As a **Customer** **Support Intern**, you will handle all technical support communications, both internally and externally, as the first line of response for after-sales support.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate Intern to join our team at inFeedo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role. As an Intern-Customer Support Associate, you will play a definitive role in impacting the customer’s experience by facilitating adoption and usage. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

**Location**: Bangalore, Gurgaon

**Duration**: 6 months (Potential for extension based on performance)

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and SLA by delivering exceptional service.

Aiman, Suvo, and of course the rest of the jovial inFeedo team.
