**Webinative Technologies** is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Office Admin** to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai.

**Responsibilities**
**Office Administration**
- Open and close the office premises daily
- Manage petty cash and maintain records
- Handle front desk activities including receiving visitors and managing incoming/outgoing mail
**Documentation**
- Draft official letters and documents
- Print and prepare materials as required
**Bookkeeping**
- Generate and track invoices
- Collate purchase and reimbursement bills
- Prepare payslips
- Coordinate with the Auditor’s office for financial reporting
**Website Administration / Data Entry**
- Support data entry tasks for various projects
- Assist with website updates and admin support as needed
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent
- Familiarity with **Linux desktop operating systems** is a plus
- Strong **written and verbal communication** skills
- Excellent **attention to detail** and **time management**:
- Ability to **multitask** and work independently
- Professional attitude and team-player mindset
**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) preferred
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday**:09:30 AM to 06:30 PM**:
- First & Third Saturdays**:09:30 AM to 01:30 PM**
**Salary**
- Starting at **₹15,000/- per month** for freshers
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills
- Incentives extra
**Location**
Ambattur, Chennai
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
