The **Admin Executive** will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day administrative operations in the factory. This role includes handling office administration, coordinating with departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the factory environment

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. General Administration**:

- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the factory.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
- Monitor the upkeep of factory infrastructure, including office spaces, canteens, and other facilities.

**2. Vendor & Facility Management**:

- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and maintenance.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for office and factory supplies.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and transport arrangements for employees.

**3. Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to fire safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness.

**4. Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as a bridge between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Support interdepartmental coordination to enhance productivity.

**Work Conditions**:

- Factory-based role with a requirement for on-site presence.
- Working hours as per factory shift schedules.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in an administrative role, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and safety regulations (preferred).
