
Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Attend all inbound calls for any purpose related to Medical Travel Insurance like verification/ enquiry/ queries/ claim on the CRM.
Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with quality and service guidelines.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or issues and escalate to supervisors if necessary.
Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of interactions and document any actions taken.
Key Responsibility Areas: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Required Skills**:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage diverse customer concerns.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer problems effectively and efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems, CRM software, and telephone systems.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
Pay : As per market standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
