We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable **Guest Relations Executive** to be the face of our showroom. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for every visitor, assisting with basic customer needs, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet all walk-in customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a welcoming environment at the showrooms.
- Assist guests with seating, refreshments, or directions as needed.
- Manage visitor logs and appointment schedules.
- Handle basic customer queries or route them to relevant staff.
- Coordinate with sales, admin, or support teams for seamless service.
- Ensure reception/lobby area is always neat, presentable, and organized.

Skills & Requirements:

- Prior experience in guest handling, front desk, hospitality, or showroom environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati (preferable
- Warm personality, presentable appearance, and professional grooming.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and helpful under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
