Our client is a well known name in the space of wealth management and looking for

a Front desk executive. The office is based out of BKC.

**Guest relationship Executive & Front Desk (Female) - Mumbai**

Required Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management

**Applicant should have good Communication Skills and relevant experience in handling Guest Relations at the site. Professionals from aviation & hospitality industry are welcome to apply.**

We are looking for a welcoming front desk executive to handle all receptionists and

admin duties at our office. You are the company's "face" to all visitors, and

demeanour while also being sharp and disciplined. It is critical to take a customer
- centered approach. The goal is to make our guests and visitors feel welcome and

appreciated while they are on our property. You will be point of contact for all admin

related functions and should be able to handle a team of admin professionals.

**Responsibilities**

Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments

Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks

Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events for the CEO.

Handling inquiries and sorting mail

Supervising admin staff and housekeeping

Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements

**Education and professional qualifications**

**Required Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management**

2+ years of guest relations and front desk & admin experience in hospitality/aviation/hotel industry preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flair of reading books and thorough knowledge of computers.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
