**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a neat and organized appearance.
- Respond to queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., maintenance, security) to resolve resident issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident feedback and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, real estate, or customer service).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (desired).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays (as required).

**Salary**:

- 30k to 35k

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
