**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative pastry and dessert menus in line with the resort's culinary standards and guest preferences.
- Oversee the production and presentation of all pastry items, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Train and supervise pastry staff to ensure efficient operation of the pastry kitchen.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to create cohesive menus and dining experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance pastry offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and creativity to develop innovative pastry creations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the resort's operation.
