System Administrator

**Overview**:
**PURPOSE**:
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of Treasury Systems include but not limited to Kyriba, electronic banking systems, trading platforms and system interfaces.

**What will you do**:

- Actively participate in developing or integrating standard processes, systems, tools and infrastructures for the treasury.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
- Proactively look for process/system enhancement opportunity.
- ** Treasury solutions projects**:

- Drive and lead treasury solutions, technology project.
- Lead in the development, implementation and support of programs in the field of FX, money markets, trade finance, etc...
- Lead in the development and implementation of internet enabled tools and processes.
- Lead or participates in the development of liquidity solutions.
- Lead or participates in the coordination and execution of the planned changes both from a business requirements perspective as well as a resource/ execution perspective.
- Leads or participates in treasury strategy and efficiency projects to optimize process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Actively leads or participates in the development or integration of standard processes
- **Operations and Support**
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of Kyriba.
- Abilitate accesses to e-banking to the persons indicated and monitor their accesses;
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible frauds or security breach.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Provide timely deeper duty support and issue resolution to treasury and other business teams and prompt closure of issues; timely communication with all system users.
- Provide user support per request from various business partners. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform regular file archiving and purge as necessary.
- Participates in the data capturing for statistical analysis and decision support.
- Maintain and update treasury system reference data.

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related field - With additional qualifications in handling Treasury Management Systems
- At least 5 years experience in Treasury and/or Corporate Finance
- An experience in handling Kyriba accesses would be beneficial
- Excellent financial background with previous exposures in Treasury departments Corporate Finance and/or Corporate and Investment banking environments
- Interested in international financial market, global economics
- Ability to lead projects and work with consultants and project teams
- Good system and IT knowledge (financial systems) of financial markets products and developments
