**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as primary customer contact for daily customer activities
- Utilizes data to help customers better understand their business and opportunities with McKesson
- Tracks open customer issues and partners with other back-office teams on timely resolution
- Prepare and monitor customer reports
- Attend and assist in customer meetings as needed, where appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years relevant experience
Critical Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience with client/customer management
- Intermediate (Strong) proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- 2+ years of experience preparing, managing, and presenting customer reporting
- Experience in managing excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent abilities in managing competing priorities while balancing the needs of customers
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience working in Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or JDE
- Solid understanding of the medical surgical industry with a comprehensive knowledge of customer service policies, practices, and systems preferred
- Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer experience
- The ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers, and co-workers
**Education**:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 4-year degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Large percentage of time performing computer-based work within an office setting
