**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate and maintain SMT equipment** (Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, Screen Printers, AOI) for efficient PCB assembly, including manual and machine-assisted soldering and component placement.
- **Ensure product quality** by inspecting PCBs, performing touch-up soldering, and adhering to ESD and 5S standards while maintaining accurate production and quality records.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to troubleshoot issues, follow production schedules, and meet output targets with consistent quality

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SMT operations, PCB soldering, and assembly work.
- Good understanding of PCB layouts, surface mount and through-hole components, and soldering techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
