Kingston Educational Institute (KEI), established in 2004 under the visionary leadership of Late Utpal Bhattacharjee and Smt. Uma Bhattacharjee, is a premier multidisciplinary institution in West Bengal. The Group comprises multiple colleges and schools offering programs from **KG to PG**, including engineering, management, law, teacher training, and healthcare education. KEI also operates **Kingston General Hospital**, serving as its teaching and training hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies across Kingston’s websites and microsites.
- Perform keyword research to identify growth opportunities for course-based and brand campaigns.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and videos for higher organic rankings.
- Conduct regular SEO audits, analyze website analytics, and monitor traffic, conversions, and keyword performance.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO initiatives.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to improve website authority and user experience.
- Stay updated with Google algorithms, search engine trends, and competitors’ SEO strategies.
- Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports to the management.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.**:

- Experience in **on-page and off-page optimization**, **technical SEO**, and **local SEO**.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and content optimization skills.
- Experience in the **education or healthcare sector** will be an added advantage.
