We are hiringfor below position:

- **Architectural Sales Representative** - Hybrid work model (2 days work from office & 4 days work from home)

**Responsibilities for Architectural Sales Representative**:

- Make appointments with Architectural and Designs firms arrange informal meetings to develop relationships and projects
- Drive sales and increase market share to meet the plan objectives
- Grow with a developing team of sales representatives to meet the objectives of our strategic market plan
- Expect approximately 30 - 50% travel from the primary territory (where the virtual/home office will be based)
- Flexible and creative, with an ability to handle stress, deadlines, and financial pressures sales goals
- Proactively develops relationships with architects, interior designers, spec writers, owners, construction managers and general contractors to increase preference and demand for products
- Launches and promotes target products
- Actively tracks projects in the early design stages to influence the specification
- Develop awareness and opportunities in the target market
Implement market strategy with architects, consultants, contractors and customers
- Manage project sales from inception through manufacturing to installation
- Maintain a designated customer and prospect database (CRM)

**Qualifications for architectural sales representative**:

- Working experience with the Architectural or Construction Industry will be added advantage
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers, assuring thorough and accurate order processing, suggesting alternative products and services, and providing support in the resolution of customer complaints and issues
- Provide customers with timely and accurate information with respect to our product availability, shipping capabilities, and the status of orders from time of order receipt through order shipment, delivery, and payment of invoice
- Strong follow-through skills and organization skills
- Be a good communicator and listener

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
