We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder who will be responsible for day-to-day scheduling, organization & administrative tasks.

What you will do:

- Manage scheduling for the Founder & C.E.O
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Founder & C.E.O when required Organize and gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to Founder & C.E.O
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for Founder & C.E.O
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 4 years (required)
