**Sahita Construction Company is looking for foreman** who plays a crucial role in Building Construction Work and managing the construction process, particularly in the execution of civil engineering tasks related to the development as per the client requirements efficiently.

**Experience : 5-10 years**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversees daily site operations, coordinating with laborer's, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
- Ensures work aligns with approved drawings, safety codes, and construction standards.
- Inspects work and materials to maintain quality and adherence to project specs.
- Leads and motivates workers, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.
- Plans daily tasks and ensures timely completion without delays.
- Implements safety protocols and conducts regular site checks.
- Maintains daily logs of work progress, labor hours, materials, and incidents.
- Resolves on-site issues swiftly to keep the project on track.
- Works with engineers and managers to adapt plans and ensure smooth execution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that work is completed according to quality standards and specifications Requirements**.**
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High school diploma or ITI/technical certification in construction preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
