**Job Description: Marketing Operations**
- Position - Marketing Operations
- Level - Sr. Exec / AM
- Location - Mumbai

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, owned, and manage all 1x1 CX platforms to drive engagement across all user types
- Optimize campaigns to deliver on business metrics around costs per lead, qualification, and acquisition across channels
- Analyze and optimize campaigns with a fine comb across regions, languages, lines of communication, formats, etc. to deliver the engagement metrics
- Manage multi-location campaigns, across 100s of locations and regional/vernacular flavors
- Develop reports across a variety of cuts, as and when needed for brainstorming / weekly reviews
- Work very closely with content teams in generating ideas and giving feedback for the right kind of content/copy for diff segments of customers

**Desired Skills**:

- Sense of extremely strong ownership of one's work and a strong bias for action
- Experience working for a b2b business and a CRM (Hubspot / Zoho etc.), and understanding the concept of lead funnels and optimizing communications accordingly
- Ability to work in a high performance setup with a strong eye for detail
