About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated individual to join us as a Marketing and Operations Associate. This is a hybrid role where you will wear multiple hats—from assisting in everyday business operations to supporting digital marketing and content creation. You will work directly with the founder and be involved in a wide range of tasks that keep the company running smoothly.

This is an opportunity to learn and grow at the intersection of business, content, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Support

  • Assist the founder in following up with team members and ensuring timely execution of tasks
  • Maintain trackers, take meeting notes, and prepare summaries
  • Learn and eventually support backend operations (inventory, admin, or client tasks)
  • Act as a fail-safe backup for other team members when needed

2. Content & Marketing Assistance

  • Help with planning, shooting, and coordinating content (especially for Instagram Reels or short-form video)
  • Assist in generating content ideas, writing captions, and ensuring brand voice is followed
  • Support day-to-day marketing coordination—whether that's social media calendars or influencer communication

3. Executive Assistance

  • Be the founder's right hand—organize day-to-day priorities, reminders, and basic scheduling
  • Handle documentation, research, and ad hoc tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
