**Key Responsibilities**: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential patients. Follow up regularly on new and existing leads to ensure maximum conversion. Understand and explain the hospital's services, treatments, and procedures clearly and convincingly. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient queries using the hospital CRM or lead management system. Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up schedules for patients. Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience. Handle patient objections and queries with empathy and professionalism. Achieve monthly lead conversion and communication targets.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Healthcare, or any relevant field preferred.

2-3 years of experience in telecalling, patient counselling, or hospital OPD handling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand patient needs and guide them with clarity and compassion.

Prior experience in using CRM or hospital information systems is a plus.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
