- Total experience:

- 2 years of experience as a Counsellor in an educational setting.
- Minimum experience:

- 1 years of experience as a Counsellor or fresher can apply

Education:

- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with career development and educational planning.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to address academic concerns, learning difficulties, and personal challenges.
- Develop and implement educational and career development plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create strategies for improving student academic performance.
- Provide support and resources for students with learning disabilities or special educational needs.
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and stress management.
- Stay updated on educational trends, programs, and resources to better advise students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records related to counselling sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of educational systems, learning styles, and academic challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to build trust with students.
- Knowledge of various counselling techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with career development and educational planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
