We have a number of programmes currently being progressed in the rare and chronic diseases space, particularly in making a real-world impact for patients. Sanius Health is an AI-powered patient-generated data platform with a focus on accelerating personalised medicine, drug discovery and clinical research for cancer treatment, haematological malignancies, haematological disorders and rare diseases. We are the largest Sickle Cell Disease Integrated patient ecosystem, and are expanding this to include other conditions.

**As Patient Acquisition Support you will**
- Create engaging patient communications to keep programme adherence at 100%
- Engage with external clients and potential customers, be they patients, providers, or researchers
- Be responsible for customer experience (and ideally have demonstrable previous experience in this area)
- Analyse previous patient acquisition efforts to see what works - and what doesn’t work - for our unique user base.
- Efficiently prioritise and manage your workload
- Report on the successes of your work and track KPIs
- Have great attention to detail and an understanding of what makes a great customer experience

**Nice to have**
- A relevant undergraduate degree
