Athenaemr Support

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Athena EMR system for clinical staff
- Configure, customize, and optimize EMR workflows to meet provider needs
- Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security in line with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to streamline documentation and reporting
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects
- Create and run reports for clinical and operational performance metrics

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with **Athenahealth EMR**:

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance
- Experience in EMR implementation, customization, and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze and optimize clinical processes through EMR
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data security best practices

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in telehealth or remote patient care setups
- Familiarity with other healthcare platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks)
- Background in clinical support or healthcare IT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
