**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.
- Conduct structured telephonic interviews and initial screening assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance benchmarks.
- Support HR initiatives and internal process improvements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in LinkedIn Jobs, Workable, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
- Comfortable conducting video and telephonic interviews.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- A strong team player with a collaborative spirit and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
