Customer Care Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching what may be the root cause of a customer issue or problem - Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to (but not limited to) product licensing, activation, upgrades, renewals and customer portals; liaise with other Veritas business units as needed.
Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.

Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Proven customer support experience; Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Any 12th pass out/ Undergraduate & Graduate all can apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
