As a E-commerce Customer Care Executive, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling buyer / customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer problems.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Any Graduation.
- Experience on Amazon Seller central
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
